About us
Parking, made simple by the month
Rent Your Spot helps people in Toronto find monthly parking close to home or work, and helps people earn from a spot they aren't using.
Why we started
Empty spots and full streets
Finding a reliable place to park in a busy city is hard, while driveways, garages and stalls sit empty all day.
Rent Your Spot connects the two. Drivers get a dependable monthly spot nearby, and hosts earn steady income from space they already have.
Monthly onlyOne simple monthly price, with a one month minimum.
Built for TorontoSpots near homes, condos, offices and transit.
Hosts stay in controlEvery booking is a request the host can accept or decline.
