What you can list, and what you need
Spots you can list
You need the right to rent the space. If you rent your home or own a condo, check your lease, condo rules or local bylaws first.
What you will need
- The address of the spot
- Clear photos and the spot's length
- Your monthly price and start date
- Simple access instructions for renters
- A bank account or payout method
Host questions
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free. We take a small service fee from each completed booking.
Will drivers see my exact address?
No. Drivers see an approximate location on the map. The exact address is shared only after you accept a booking.
Can I rent my spot for a day or a week?
No. Rent Your Spot is for monthly parking only, with a one month minimum.
Can I stop renting my spot?
Yes. You can pause your listing, and the cancellation policy explains how ending an existing booking works.
