Rent Your Spot connects people who need monthly parking with people who have space they aren't using. Here is how each side works.

For drivers

Find and book a spot in four steps

Rent by the month, close to home or work. The minimum booking is one month.

Enter a neighbourhood or street. Use the map and filters to compare monthly price, spot size, covered parking and EV charging.

Pick the spot you like, choose the month you want to start and add your licence plate so the host knows which car to expect.

The host reviews your request and accepts it. You are notified as soon as they respond.

Once the booking is confirmed, you receive the access details and the exact address. Arrive and park.

For hosts

A driveway, a garage or a stall in your building can earn money while you aren't using it.

Create an account and add your address, photos, spot size and any extras like cover or EV charging.

Choose your monthly price and the date your spot is available from.

You decide who parks. Accept the bookings you want and decline the rest.

You are paid for each booking, minus a small service fee.

Good to know

Every booking is for a minimum of one month. Hosts set one monthly price, so there are no hourly or daily rates.

Every booking is a request. Hosts can accept or decline, and choose when their spot is available.
